iPad a1219 way I can get camera installed or connection kit I can buy to use it as camera or video recorder for Skype etc.

My son was brought an iPad a1219 for his birthday, does this have a camera on it? If not is there anyway he can get one added on here or a connector? He wants to use this for Skype and to make videos for YouTube but all I can find is a adaptor that you can put a memorie card in nothing that can be used to actually use the iPad to take pictures. This is the main reason he wanted this iPad so he is a very unhappy boy at the moment. Thank you in advance for your help.
