Display Name on emails sent from iPad

My iPad (and only my iPad) is dropping the last letter of my last name on the display name on emails I send from it. My name shows up fine when i send mail from my iPhone, it shows up fine from iCloud, it shows up fine from Gmail (which is the account I am using). It is only on the iPad that it happens. I have already confirmed they are all using the same account to send mail.

I'm at a loss...
